Thats right!! Above are the lyrics to the song 'You'll never walk alone'. A song that was adopted by Liverpool FC in the early 60's to be the "club anthem". Now that we have once again, reached the final of the Champions League (a feat that Chelsea have yet to accomplish, even with their millions) twice in 3 years I might add, I think it's time for all you haters to agree that we are the greatest club in the history of the English League (18 League Cups won). I know the pessimists will say that is all history... you haven't won the League in ages...you were lucky in 2005..and all that. What you guys have to acknowledge is we're a good side for a small club, as Mourinho claimed...hehehe. He even said that Chelsea were the better side!!! What game was he watching?



I started supporting this club in 1984, when I was 7 years old, and they won the Champions League match against AS Roma on penalties. Bruce Grobbelaar causing a stir with his crazy legs antics. I still remember it clear as day. It was in Nairobi and we were watching the game in the living room - my dad, my brother, Ngabwe, and I. They are both Man U supporters so I had to be different. It was the first time I recall watching Liverpool play, (Talk about fate, first time I watch 'em play, they win the Champions League. The first time they won the Champions League was in 1977, the year I was born!! From then on it's been a rollercoaster ride of highs and lows and now were back on form, in Europe at least. With Rafa Benitez in charge, new owners in place and plans for a new stadium, things are looking pretty good.
